Hans Koller Prize Nominee ‘CD of the Year 1997′

This recording contains a lot of different material, with three great saxophone artists propelling the music of TimeSquare, which always shines through. Seven improvisational artists concentrate on the great area between determination and freedom. There are limits, but the interesting things happen within these limits. Sometimes you have to go beyond.
